Why We Exist
Seagles Consulting was born out of a simple but urgent realization: potential is abundant, but leadership development is often absent or inconsistent. Dr. Bola Fashola, our founder, saw firsthand in corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces that organizations often had capable people but lacked the systems to identify and grow them into leaders.
